X-MEN Final Decision

I watched "X-MEN Final Decision" yesterday. This story was last chapter of X-MEN series. I watched former two movies of this series, so I had wanted to watch this movie very much! However I couldn't have a chance to watch it, so I was very happy, being able to watch this movie, finally!!

Dracula

One day in last week, I found this book in library. I like vampire story very much, so I borrowed this book at once. This book was the longest English story which I have ever read, but I could read smoothly, because this story was very interesting. I'm going to read long story many more!

Last Wednesday, I watched "16blocks" in DVD. I had wanted to watch this movie since I had watched the preview. This movie's players were good, and also movie was interesting. I felt happy watching this movie.

Pocahontas

I read "Pocahontas" last week. My friend had recommended this book to me, so I read this book. I knew this name, because the same name movie was made by Disney. However I have never watched this movie, so I expected very much, but this book was not so interesting as I had expected... I was regretful a little.

About my hometown: KUMAMOTO

I am going to write something about Kumamoto today. First, I am going to write about "Kumamoto castle". Kumamoto castle is the three big castle in Japan. It was made by Kato Kiyomasa and it took 6 years from 1601. This castle has great stonewall called "mushagaeshi". Kumamoto castle was impregnable through this wall.

Second, I will write about "Mt. Aso". Mt. Aso is the generic name of the rim mountain and Asogogaku, Mt. Neko, Mt. Taka, Mt. Naka, Mt. Eboshi and Mt. Kishima so actually, there is not one mountain named "Mt. Aso". Mt. Aso is very famous for its very big caldera which is the biggest level of the world.

Next I am going to write about "Lake Edzu". Lake Edzu is like a gourd in shape. This lake is the place of relaxation and study for citizens. The volume of Lake Edzu's springwater is from 6 tons to 10 tons one second and 400,000 tons a day!! We must keep clean this beautiful place!

To this paragraph, I have written about Kumamoto's famous place and then I will write about Kumamoto's famous foods. First I will write about "basashi". Basashi is sashimi of horse meat. Kumamoto is very famous for this food. Almost everyone of Kumamoto likes basashi. I once liked basashi, too. However now, I can't eat it because I can't eat rare meat. Usually, people eat basashi dipping soy sauce with spice, grated ginger or grated garlic.

In the last, I am going to write about "karashi renkon". Karashi renkon is made this way: first, plugging up boiled lotus roots' holes with mustard and soybean paste next, coating them and deep-fry. Karashi renkon is essential food for osechi in Kumamoto.

Anne of Green Gables

Another book of I read today, is "Anne of Green Gables". I borrowed this book from friend. This book was funny in patches so I sometimes giggled reading. I hardly read this kind of story. I thought I will try to read this kind of story from now on.

The Phantom of the Opera

Today, I read two books, the one of them was "The phantom of the Opera". About another one, I'm going to write later. I have known the name, "The Phantom of the Opera", but I have not known the story. I have wanted to watch the same name movie, but I wanted to know the story before watching movie, so I read this book. The story was different as I had imagined. However It was interesting and I got want to watch this story in movie, so next I would like to watch the movie!!

Sherlock Holmes 3

Last Thursday, I read "Sherlock Holmes and the SPORT OF KINGS". I also have read this story once in Japanese. I remember this story well but reading in English, I felt different feeling. However, whether in Japanese or in English, this story is interesting!!

I'm busy!!

This week, I have a lot of homeworks. I'm busy!! One of that, I have to remember English words because we will take test. That's hard for me but I'm going to do my best!!

Sherlock Holmes 2

I read "SHERLOCK HOLMES AND THE DUKE'S SON" in last weekend. I have read this story once in Japanese. I remember this story was short story. But what I read in last weekend was one book. So I thought 'this story becomes longer in English than in Japanese.' The story was interesting as I had thought. And I want to read Sherlock Holmes series in English more and more!!

DaVinci Code

Yesterday, I watched a movie, "DaVinci Code". The same name novels are very famous. I have never read this novels, but I wanted to watch this movie. There were some historical stories in the movie, so if I had more knowledge of history, I might feel more interesting this movie. However I felt interesting enough, and I felt like reading the novels.

I slept well last night but I am very sleepy today. Because I hardly slept the night before yesterday. I stayed at my friend's home the night and we played video game long time without sleeping. So, I want to sleep well now.

I read "Sherlock Holmes SHORT STORIES" yesterday and today. I like detective stories and I like Sherlock Holmes series very much, especially. I have some novels of Sherlock Holmes translating into Japanese and I think I want to collect all novels. I was very happy to read Sherlock Holmes in English. I want to read other stories of Sherlock Holmes in English.

BAD DAY

It is a bad day today, I think so. Because I had some trouble in this morning. First, I had a bad headache when I woke up. Second, my car was out of order when I left my home. Hulk

I read a book "Hulk" between GW. I have watched this movie though, I hardly remember story. So I thought that I was going to read this book. I read this story and I thought it was fun! I want to watch this movie again.

GW finished!

GW just finished and campus starts agaqin. How were your GW? I couldn't do anything with flu in the first half of GW though, I played with my friends almost everyday in the latter of GW. Next, I will study hard till summer vacation from today!!

The Troy Stone

Last week, I was absent from school because I had flu. When I felt better, I read "The Troy Stone". This is very short and written in very easy English so I could read smoothly. If I were in good condition, this book was not satisfactory to me but to my sick body, this book was good.

The middle of GW

It is the middle of GW today. In the first half, I didn't have a good time with flu. In the latter half of GW, I want to have a good time!

I read a book, "PELE". This book is written about Pele who is called "Soccer Champion of the World". I like soccer. So I read this book but this is very short. Next, I want to read longer book than this.
