basashi

I will write about Kumamoto's famous foods. I will write about "basashi". Basashi is sashimi of horse meat. Kumamoto is very famous for this food. Almost everyone of Kumamoto likes basashi. I once liked basashi, too. However now, I can't eat it because I can't eat rare meat. Usually, people eat basashi dipping soy sauce with spice, grated ginger or grated garlic.
